Dried Lemon

A perfect cocktail garnish and gin botanical that adds a fresh citrus flavour with bright candied lemon notes.

Dried lemon is a great all rounder botanical. The dehydration process ensures the oils and flavour compounds are locked into the fruit and increases storage stability while still delivering a fresh lemon citrus flavour. Dried lemon can be used in citrus style gins, pre-mixed drinks, or used to make citrus liqueurs.

Dosage:

Spirits: Use one slice as as a garnish for citrus flavoured cocktails floating or scored and placed on the rim of your glass. Soak in gin or lemon style liqueurs - one slice is typically enough per 700mL bottle.

Beer: Add towards the end of fermentation for a bold lemon and citrus flavour. Use approximately 1 - 5 slices per 20 litre batch, depending on the desired flavour intensity.

Storage:

Store in a cool dry place. Reseal foil packaging after opening and store in fridge to ensure freshness and flavour. For best results use within 2 years of opening.
